Jackie is the creative force behind Blue Hills Ranch’s social media, bringing our wildlife and guest experiences to life through her lens. A full-time traveler who lives life on the road in her van, Jackie brings a spirit of adventure and authenticity to every story she shares.

Her passion for storytelling and travel gives our online community a genuine look at the wild, the whimsical, and the once-in-a-lifetime memories that happen here every day. Shelby is the heart of our animal care team at Blue Hills Ranch. As our Animal Manager, she makes sure every creature — from giraffes to otters — is happy, healthy, and thriving.

A proud Texas A&M graduate and lifelong animal lover, Shelby brings both expertise and compassion to her work. When she’s not at the ranch, you’ll often find her with her horse, reflecting the same dedication and bond she shares with all of our animals.

Her leadership ensures that guests not only enjoy unforgettable experiences but also witness the deep care and respect that define life at Blue Hills Ranch.

Raised in Colorado, Nolan developed a deep passion for nature from an early age, spending his childhood exploring the outdoors and caring for animals. With extensive experience working on cattle ranches, equine facilities, and veterinary clinics, he brings a wealth of knowledge in animal husbandry and care. Growing up in a large family of seven siblings, alongside numerous four-legged companions, Nolan has a strong sense of responsibility and a lifelong commitment to wildlife and conservation.

Anne began her journey at Blue Hills Ranch as a dedicated housekeeper, where her deep passion for animals quickly grew into a vital role. Over time, her love for the animals at the ranch earned her the affectionate nickname "Otter Mom." Having witnessed the many changes and growth of the ranch, Anne is eager to see what the future holds.

She takes great pride in creating unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime animal experiences for guests, and continues to be a part of the ranch's commitment to building connections between people and animals.

 Shai is the heart of Blue Hills Ranch. As our Office Administrator, she keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure every guest has an amazing experience from start to finish. Whether it’s helping with bookings, answering questions, planning special visits, or just spreading her contagious good energy, Shai is always there to help with everything. She’s known for her big heart, patience, and genuine care for both people and animals — especially her favorite donkey, Pivot. A loving mom, a great listener, and the source of endless laughs and kindness around the ranch, Shai truly embodies the fun, caring spirit of Blue Hills Ranch.

Chesley is an aspiring pilot currently attending aviation school. Her kindness and heart are a gift to Blue Hills Ranch and all of the guests who get to spend time with Chesley.

Sara brings a unique blend of experience in both veterinary care and livestock management. She has always had a deep passion for animal care, which shines through in everything she does— from sharing stories about the ranch to ensuring the well-being of the animals. Sara's knowledge and genuine love for animals make her tours both educational and engaging for visitors of all ages.
