Blue Hills Ranch currently offers 150 free-roaming acres, dedicated to animals and giving them a forever home.  We specialize in exotics and unique animals whom others are not able to care for properly.  We currently have 7 cabins onsite, 4 RV spaces and an event space that is being renovated into a cafe or additional guest accommodations. As of today, we are home to over 160 animals from approximately 30 original species.

Investors:

• Minimum investment $500,000

• Short term and Long term plans available

• Dividends paid out quarterly

​

Partners:

• Must bring in Working Capital Investment and/or healthy, exotic animals

• Hands-on involvement in business

• On-site Management experience

• We are looking to make a team with each person having unique strengths that another doesn't
